Services Needed:

- Plow snow from District parking lots, bus loops, and drive lanes.
- Response time: lots/lanes cleared before 6:30 a.m. on school days and within 4 hours of accumulation during ongoing storms.
- Trigger depth: begin service at 2 inches accumulation or as directed by District.
- Haul/relocate snow as requested.

Dates Needed:

From first serviceable snowfall through April 30, 2026 (or last needed event).

Bid Format:

1. Company name, contact, and mailing address.
2. Pricing: per-push or per-hour (list equipment), plus seasonal or per-event option. Separate prices for de-icer/sand materials and snow hauling.
3. Availability/response plan for overnight storms and heavy events.
4. Proof of Insurance: general liability ($1,000,000 per occurrence) and workers’ compensation.
5. Three recent references for similar work.
