📚 Read 2,000 Books Challenge! 📚

We are officially on the board! 🎉

Our school has read 48 books so far toward our goal of 2,000 books — and we’re just getting started! 💪

Every single book read counts. Whether it’s a bedtime story, a chapter book, a picture book, or a re-read of a favorite — it all adds up.

Let’s turn that little green sliver into a FULL circle! 💚

Keep reading. Keep logging. Keep cheering each other on.
We can absolutely do this together. 📖✨

💙💙Mission Community💙💙 We are launching another year with the American Exchange Project. This amazing organization sends self-selected graduating Mission seniors on a FREE week-long trip to another US town, and in return we host guests from all over the country right here in St. Ignatius for a week in July. ✈️ 🗻 It has been the experience of a lifetime for many of our Mission students over the past 3 years, including both of my own kids.  We are in full-swing for Year 4 and have 7️⃣ Mission students signed up! To make their travel dreams a reality, we are looking for 1 or 2 more host families to welcome our guest students.  Checkout the slideshow in the comments to see what it means to host in Mission for a week this summer with The American Exchange Project😊 OR contact Sara Keast at skeast@stignatiusschools.org Please feel free to share and spread the word!

💙✨ Happy National School Counseling Week! ✨💙

This week, we want to give a huge THANK YOU to our amazing school counselors, Ms. Redmond and Mrs. Bowers! 🌟

From the Elementary to the High School/Middle School, our counselors are a constant source of support, guidance, and encouragement for our students. Whether helping with academics, social-emotional growth, or future planning, their compassion and dedication make a meaningful difference every day. 🧠📚❤️

We are so grateful for the care, time, and heart you pour into our students, families, and school community. Thank you for all you do—you are truly appreciated! 👏💙

*** ATTENTION C-Team Basketball***

There was a miscommunication on my part about the game today in Anaconda. It was never officially scheduled, and I take full responsibility for that oversight. Most of the basketball schedule was done beforehand, and when we had enough turnout to have a C-Team, I should've followed up with who did and didn't have one. My apologies, it won't happen again. Nonetheless, I should've done better, and I am sorry for those who made the trip, or have been waiting to watch on NFHS. I take full accountability for the mistake.

📚❤️ It’s OFFICIALLY I LOVE TO READ MONTH! ❤️📚

We are kicking off a month full of reading fun, dress-up days, and schoolwide celebrations! Our big goal as a school is to read 2,000 books by February 26 📖✨

If we meet our goal, students will earn an EPIC reward:
🥧 Pie Mrs. Moore (and other special guest volunteers!) in the face
🍿 PLUS a school-wide treat!

Every book counts, so let’s read at school, read at home, and read together as a community. We can’t wait to see how many books our readers can conquer this month!

Let the reading begin! 📚🎉
