State Tennis is in the books. Our kids competed hard and took a lot from the weekend. All competitors at state will be returning next season, with exciting things to come. State track is in the books. Day 2 our kids competed and had a great day. Iyezk Umphrey took 7th in triple jump going 40'10.5". Lex LaFrombois finished 9th in the high jump with a PR of 6'0". Harlan ran a 4:42 in the mile and finished in 11th place. Ryan finished 20th in the shot. Great season Bulldog athletes and coaches. #dogup #gobulldogs
Huge congratulations to MAC softball as they finished the state tourney in 4th place! They played the late late game last night losing 2-7 to Florence. The team battled through weather and venue changes like champs. Thanks to the coaches for all of their hard work and dedication. It was an exciting season of spectating. State Track Alert!. No doubt you've seen this guy running around Mission over the years. Well, today you could have seen him run his fastest two miles ever at state in Missoula. Congrats to Harlan Leishman as he ran a personal best 9:52 in the 3200m to take 6th place in a loaded field of distance runners. He gets one more shot at glory tomorrow as he'll be running the mile. State Champion Alert! On his final attempt of the day, Ryan Sharbono threw a new school record and personal best of 165'6" in the discus to win by 1"! The definition of a clutch performance. Congratulations Ryan, you are a State Champion! We would also like to say congrats to a former Bulldog, Braedon Ferris of Thompson Falls, as he was the state leader all season and going into the final throw. These two have had a great season competing against each other. Go Bulldogs!
Just Desserts in the middle school. Students were recognized by their teachers for their hard work, dedication, reliability, improvements, and grades among other things. They also got to have a little ice cream and hang out. Always a treat for our middle

Tonight at the school board meeting Mrs. Doll's Writing and Media class presented to the trustees. Her students presented projects they've worked on, writing they've done, and the middle school paper, Dog House News. 💡 What is SUN Bucks?
SUN Bucks (Summer EBT) is a federal program providing grocery assistance to families with school-aged children during the summer months when school meals are unavailable.
✅ Who is Eligible?
Children aged 7–15 automatically eligible through programs like SNAP, TANF, foster care, or Medicaid.
Children enrolled in schools participating in the National School Lunch or Breakfast Program who qualify for free or reduced-price meals.
Children in special provision schools who meet similar criteria.
Most eligible families are automatically enrolled. If you're unsure about your eligibility, contact the Montana Office of Public Instruction.

MAC Softball defeats Three Forks in a nail biter semifinal game to advance to a divisional championship and punch their ticket to the state tournament in Glasgow next weekend. Love to see everybody at the ballpark in Florence tomorrow at noon for championship action!
Spring Fling fishing took us to the Ninepipes pond this morning. The kids did great and had a great time. A group also made the hike to Schwarz Lake. Thanks to Tribal Game Warden and MHS Alum Paden Alexander for donating his time and help. #bulldogfishsquad #hikingdogs
