At this time we are encouraging all remote learners to return to school. Remote learning is still an option, but we have seen the negative effects on learning and mental health and believe it is time, however possible, to return to school. We are going on 4 weeks without a live case from any students here at the St. Ignatius School. Our buses will be running five- days a week (morning and afternoon) for students to attend on Fridays to get that needed in-person support. We are encouraging all students that need additional support to attend in-person on Fridays. Paraprofessionals and teachers are available to support students on Fridays. We will be proposing in March a revised school plan for the Fourth Quarter. Our priority will continue to be on Safety, Effectiveness and Efficiency. Mental Health of all students is something we will be prioritizing as "Urgent" at this time. GO BULLDOGS!!!

This was past on to us from Mrs. Cable and the work the high school is doing this week for Career Development. Thank you Mrs. Cable and all the high school staff and administration this is great feedback about our outstanding systems and students. Thank you! Robert Hislop, from the Montana workforce center passed on this congratulations to you all - he is speaking of the senior interviews Having taught 37 years I understand the undertaking that you have just completed. Logan, Ashley, and Erin from previous years and Ron, Ian, and I from this year are all wowed by your students and impressed with the scope of this assignment. Even with kids not showing up, troubles executing technology, the added Covid complication, and the day to day hassles of teaching in public schools, you nailed it. I have seen lots of good classes in all my years of teaching and I have seen some weak ones. This group is very impressive. Their parents and the St. Ignatius school system should be proud of a group of seniors like this. Seeing them day to day may take a little of the gloss off of each student but they are wonderful people and great to work with. Go Bulldogs!
